Clematis Hoshi-no-Flamenco

These are blooms that passersby stop and ask about. The bicolor red wine hue of the sepals contrasts with the luminous pale–yellow center. The color holds well as the flowers age, too. With such an elegant bloom, it's especially good news that Hoshi–no–Flamenco will bloom into the summer with deadheading and reblooms with trimming. It'll start in late spring to early summer, and then again in late summer to early fall. Its medium size makes it excellent for low fences and trellises. Clematis 'Hoshi–no–flamenco'
