When will my plants be shipped?
We ship our plants at the appropriate planting time for your specific hardiness zone. You can view our shipping schedule on our website to see when orders are typically dispatched to your area.
What is your 'No-Risk' Guarantee?
We guarantee all of our plants, trees, and bulbs to arrive in good condition and to grow. If you are not satisfied with any item, we will provide a replacement or a merchandise credit valid for one year.
How do I care for my plants once they arrive?
Each order includes a detailed planting guide. We recommend opening your package immediately upon arrival and following the specific instructions for hydration and light exposure to ensure a successful transplant.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Spring Hill Nurseries only ships to the contiguous United States. Due to agricultural regulations, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we begin preparing your plants for shipment quickly, changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team.
